These terms govern your use of the Management University of Africa (MUA) Open, Distance & eLearning (ODeL) website, applicant and student portals, and related online services. By using these services you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the service
You agree to use the website and portals lawfully, to provide accurate information in your application and account, and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users’ data.
2. Accounts & security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and application reference confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Admissions & fees
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Admission, registration and fees are subject to the University’s policies and applicable regulations, which may be updated from time to time. Refunds are handled under the University’s fees and refund policy.
4. Intellectual property
All content, course materials, logos and branding on this platform are the property of MUA or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Availability & liability
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, MUA is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions or reliance on information that later changes.
